Am 10. September haben wir die vollständige Baugenehmigung für die Erweiterung des Meditationszentrum erhalten.
Das ist großartig, da es im Vorfeld doch noch ein paar Punkte bzgl. Brandschutz mit den Behörden zu klären gab.
In den letzten Wochen bzw. Monaten wurden viele Entscheidungen getroffen, Details ausgefeilt und verschiedene Lösungen gegeneinander abgewogen …. Handwerker kontaktiert und Angebote eingeholt.
Mit unseren Architekten – Karl-Heinz und Ellen – waren wir in regem Austausch und Ellen ist noch mit den Zeichnungen für die letzten Details des Stadl’s beschäftigt, um sie an die Handwerker zu übermitteln.
An dieser Stelle ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön für das großzügige Geben Ihrer Planungsarbeit, die sie beide als Dana dem Projekt zur Verfügung stellen.
Am Sonntag vor dem Baubeginn haben wir mit einer kleinen Zeremonie noch den „Ersten Spatenstich“ gemacht.
Wie geplant konnten nun am Montag, 14. September, die Bauarbeiten beginnen:
Die Baggerfirma rückte mit einigen Maschinen an, um den Parkplatz und den Bereich für den Stadel anzulegen und auch, um den Einbau der neuen Kläranlage vorzubereiten.
Wie Ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt‘, wurden einige Kubikmeter Erde bewegt, ein Graben von der Terrasse zur Wiese gezogen, Kabel und Rohre verlegt…
Morgen werden die 4 großen Betonbehälter für die neue „Kleinkläranlage“ geliefert und in die große vorbereitete Baugrube gehoben.
Nach Fertigstellung der Kläranlage wird das Fundament für den Stadl betoniert.
Dieser soll im Oktober noch aufgestellt werden.
Das Betonpflaster und die Holzbeplankung an den Außenwänden wollen wir mit Eurer Unterstützung in Eigenleistung vollbringen. Es haben sich schon Baukundige gemeldet.
Trotzdem freuen wir uns, wenn sich noch Helfer finden, die gerne Ihre Tatkraft als Dana geben.
